Accommodation Rules, Reservation/Cancellation Policy and General Terms of "Ktima Pyroessa Apartments".
Welcome to Ktima Pyroessa Apartments !
We would like to make your stay as pleasant as possible. There are some rules to ensure that everyone respects the accommodation area and the other customers as well. We are always at your disposal to help you in any way and make your stay at Ktima Pyroessa Apartments a unique one!
Please take a few minutes to read our basic rules carefully.
Check in at 15:00 hrs, unless agreed otherwise.
Check out at 12:00 hrs, unless agreed otherwise.
For check-in it is necessary to show your identity card or passport. You will receive the key on your arrival at the reception and hand it in there when you leave. In case of loss or non-return of the key, there will be a corresponding charge for a new key.
No parties are allowed. Customers must respect the common quiet hours, which in the summer season are from 15:00 to 17:30 and 23:00 to 7:30.
No pets are allowed.
No visitors of our guests are allowed in the property.
Non smoking policy: All rooms are non-smoking. In case of non-compliance with the regulation, each violator will be asked to pay a fine to clean up the area.
Waste and Environment: Customers and visitors must use the trash cans to keep the areas clean. You are not allowed to dispose papers in the toilet bowl.
Cancellations policy: You may cancel free of charge until 21 days prior arrival. The price of the first three nights will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival. If the client does not show up, 100% of the booking cost will be charged and an invoice will be send to the client's registered address.
Damages policy: Damage to the Ktima Pyroessa Apartments property- we reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Ktima Pyroessa Apartments property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to send an invoice for the amount to the client's registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contacting specialists to make the repairs and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guests would incur to a minimum.
Removal of Property: We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to send an invoice for the amount to the client's registered address.
Safety policy: We operate WiFi cameras in the public areas of the property for the protection of our clients and for the protection of the premises. Relevant labels for the use of WiFi cameras, are posted where needed.
OWNER’S RIGHTS
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any customer or visitor who, in our judgment, endangers the comfort or safety of other Ktima Pyroessa Apartments customers or our own. We reserve the right to enter the apartments in emergency situations to ensure ownership rights and to take any necessary action. We also have the right to take the necessary actions in order to restore order in the event that the behavior of any customer is unacceptable or the rules of the accommodation are violated. We have the right to refuse the stay of customers on our premises and to take all necessary actions, including ceasing the stay and notifying the State Authorities, in case of repeated recommendations to the customer or in response to serious violations, regardless of the outcome claim for compensation.
