Booking Terms & Conditions for residents of "Ktima Pyroessa Apartments".

For all our guests, following Booking Terms & Conditions should apply:

1. Check in at 15:00 hrs, unless agreed otherwise.

2. Check out at 12:00 hrs, unless agreed otherwise.

3. No parties are allowed.

4. No pets are allowed.

5. No visitors of our guests are allowed in the property.

6. Non smoking policy: All rooms are non-smoking. Guests who will smoke in the rooms, will be charged an extra cleaning fee of  20 euro, per day of stay.

7. Cancellations policy: You may cancel free of charge until 15 days prior arrival. The price of the first two nights will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival. If the client does not show up, 100% of the booking cost will be charged and an invoice will be send to the client's registered address.

8. Damages policy: Damage to the Ktima Pyroessa Apartments property- we reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Ktima Pyroessa Apartments property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to send an invoice for the amount to the client's registered address.  We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contacting specialists to make the repairs and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guests would incur to a minimum. 

9. Removal of Property: We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest  has departed, we reserve the right to send an invoice for the amount to the client's registered address.

10. Safety policy: We operate WiFi cameras in the public areas of the property for the protection of our clients and for the protection of the premises. Relevant labels for the use of WiFi cameras, are posted where needed.
